- Business Development: Engaging stakeholders, fundraising, advocating, and marketing to strengthen downtown businesses.
- Community Development: Ensuring downtown remains safe, clean, and beautiful for all to enjoy.
- Events: Leading major events like Bold and Bright, Festi-Fall, and the Downtown Art Crawl to draw thousands of visitors, while supporting merchant-led events and advocating for downtown happenings.
