I want to give a shout out to Nathan at Tech Check. Did you know Tech Check is an Authorized Service Provider for Apple products? My son’s I-Pad decided to stop working and when trying to do a reset, it would stick on the Apple icon and reboot in a loop. Nathan was able to find a number of hidden files that were preventing it from doing a factory reset. Once the files were removed, he did the reset and It fired right back up, good as new! This saved me a trip to the cities to an Apple Store.
