The folks at Williams Dingmann, especially Blake, saw me at my worst when he helped our family with the celebration of life plans after our 27 year old daughter was killed in an accident. His most compassionate act of kindness that will always be with me was the simple fact that his tears met mine when I was overwhelmed with the weight of it all. Their team was gentle, patient, and accommodating….even to the point of allowing a dear family friend (also in the funeral industry but out of state) to be intrinsically involved in personalizing many aspects of the service. The day was perfect in that it reflected our daughter’s life beautifully, providing a comforting final memory and precious tribute. The check-ins we received from Blake and other staff in the following weeks were also thoughtful and appreciated. NOT an easy or comfortable conversation to step into, to be sure! Very grateful.
